How do I top up my betting account?
To top up your betting account, navigate to the Top Up page, select your betting platform, enter your account details, choose your country, enter your mobile money number, select your mobile money provider, enter the amount you wish to top up, and click "Top Up Now".
How long does it take for my account to be credited?
In most cases, betting accounts are credited instantly after your mobile money payment is confirmed. However, in some rare cases, it might take up to 5 minutes for the funds to reflect in your betting account.
What happens if my transaction fails?
If your transaction fails, you will be notified on the confirmation page. You can check the status of your transaction in the Transactions section. You can retry the transaction by clicking the "Retry Transaction" button on the failed transaction details page.
Which betting platforms are supported?
We currently support top-ups for Bet365, Betway, SportPesa, 22Bet, 1xBet, Premier Bet, and BetPawa. We are constantly adding more platforms, so check back regularly for updates.
Which mobile money providers are supported?
We support all major mobile money providers in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Nigeria, including MTN Mobile Money, M-PESA, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and more.
Is there a minimum or maximum top-up amount?
The minimum and maximum top-up amounts depend on your country and mobile money provider. These limits will be displayed on the top-up page when you select your country.
Are there any fees for using this service?
We do not charge any additional fees for using our service. However, your mobile money provider might charge a transaction fee according to their standard rates.
